Everyone was not only so informative, they were extremely accommodating. We arrived late due to illness and the one gave it a second thought. In fact, edible of the place to be visited during our time in Italy the staff offered a lot of insights and tips to make the most of our experience. Highly recommend!

Was glad I went up in the lift, wasn't sure if I was supposed to go down in the lift but I walked the stairs, liked that my ticket did get me in all places as a lot of people couldn't access all areas. Not a Headout issue but left my hat and water bottle on a seat and returned 5 mins later and someone had taken them and they didn't hand them in to lost and found. Thought that was a bit awful as we were viewing a church!!!

Es kam ein Gewitter un d wir durften nicht auf den Dom, 2 Stunden später erkannte uns die Einlasscrew wieder und hat uns vorgelassen zum Aufstieg.Sehr cooles u d tolles Erlebniss. Der Dom war unser Hightlight in Mailand.

This was by far the most incredible place I have ever been. Going to the terrace is an absolute must, because even though it is spectacular from the outside, that alone doesn't do it justice.

Kein Anstehen, alle Ordner hilfsbereit und freundlich. Trotz Höhenangst war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Mit dem Lift und die paar Stufen nach oben kein Problem.

La visite nous a plu , mais elle aurait été plus agréable si nous avions pu télécharger l'ensemble des audioguides (1 seulement sur 4 ) . Ceci étant, l'audioguide est plutôt élaboré . Mais il n'y a aucun lien au sein de la cathédrale. Cela pose problème pour se repérer et ne permet pas de profiter un maximum des explications de l'audioguide .

It supposed to be a guided tour, the audio guide implied I needed to carry audio support with me which was not shared.
