The view was amazing ..Check in process through headout app was so easy any working without Internet connection... Staff at Burj was so welcoming.. Will definitely use headout app for my next trips and will recommend all to use it for their next trip it's so easy to use and discounts are great here

Amazing experience at Sky View. The view is breathtaking, and the free glass slide is a real adrenaline rush. Extreme but totally safe. I’m very satisfied and would definitely do it again.

Everything went smoothly even though I purchased the tickets on short notice, the very evening before the visit. I have also purchased other tours from them and they also went without incident. The view from up was great!

What I loved most was how it slowed me down. Inside, time felt different...no rush, no noise, just moving light, sound, and space that reacted to me. I wasn’t just looking at art; I was inside it. My shadow became part of the story, and every step felt intentional. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and strangely inspired, as if the museum didn’t just show art, but quietly reminded me how to feel again.

Wir hatten den 148. Stock gebucht, da war die Skylounge automatisch inkludiert und somit auch der priorisierte Zugang. Die Organisation war sehr gut, dennoch hatte es damit ca. 1/2 Std. gedauert oben zu sein. Die normale Warteschlange war enorm lang und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Wartezeit dort sicherlich über 1 Std gedauert haben muss. Die Technik und die Architektur waren sehr schön. Der Ausblick vom 148. Stock wunderschön und atemberaubend aus dieser einzigartigen Höhe. Die Balkongeländer aus Glas erlaubten einen ungehinderten weiten Blick auf alles in nah und fern. Zu bemängeln auf dem 148. war, dass es nur eine Damentoilette gab und entsprechend gewartet werden musste. Die Skylounge war eine herrliche Erfahrung. Getränke auf Wunsch serviert (der Tee war ein Träumchen, gleich 2 getrunken und einen Cappuccino decaf mit Hafermilch) sowie super leckeres Gebäck haben wir genossen und konnten eine willkommene Pause einlegen. Sitzplätze waren sehr bequem, leider etwas rar, vir allem die am Fenster dauerbesetzt (hätte ich auch nicht hergeben wollen :-D ). Auf dem 124. Stock gab es nochmal zusätzlich zum Ausblick einen Shop und ein Café. Wir sind dann wieder priorisiert runtergefahren. Den Aufschlag für den 148. kann ich nur empfehlen, hat sich mehr als ausgezahlt. Alles in allem "ein Muss" in Dubai, das aktuell höchste Gebäude der Welt zu besuchen.

I really enjoyed visiting the Dubai Underwater Zoo and Penguin Cove. The place is well set up and has so many cool animals to see, like sharks, rays, crocodiles, and lots of colorful fish. Walking through the glass tunnel was awesome and made the experience feel extra exciting. Penguin Cove was my favorite part. The penguins were super cute and fun to watch, especially when they were swimming around and playing. The area looked clean and well cared for, and the staff shared some interesting facts too. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit and definitely worth checking out if you’re in Dubai, especially if you like animals or are visiting with family. The best part is my daughter enjoyed it, and that's what matters.
