It was a beautiful, mystical experience, and time passed very quickly. We relaxed while watching different species of fish, and we even had the chance to touch a starfish and baby sharks. We also caught a mermaid show, which was fascinating. It’s definitely worth visiting, especially for children!

The View at The Palm is definitely one of the highlights of visiting Palm Jumeirah. The island itself is beautiful and very impressive, but the view from the observation deck is absolutely fantastic. From the top, you can clearly see the unique palm-shaped layout, the turquoise water of the Arabian Gulf, and the stunning skyline of Dubai in the distance. It is truly a breathtaking experience. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while in line, especially during busy hours, but it is definitely worth it. The panorama makes up for the waiting time. Unfortunately, the monorail was not operating when we visited, so we walked from the tram station instead. Luckily, it is not too far, and the walk is pleasant. From the bridge, there is already a superb view, so the walk becomes part of the experience. Afterwards, we took a walk along West Beach. Although the beach areas mostly belong to the hotels, it is still possible to access parts of it. It was a lovely way to end the visit.

No great family afternoon at the Dubai view at the palm , no queues - easy to access the digital tickets via the headout app, beautiful inside and out , spotless and clean , not too Crowded . amazing views all around , plenty of opportunities for photos , cafes up top very reasonable prices considering their prime positioning . Great choice of drinks and parties and huge whippy ice cream . Thoroughly recommend - we were booked for 4 pm party of 8 , last pre prime time entry and have to be at the entry by 3.30'. Felt very relaxed the whole experience . The photo taken by there photographers were a bit expensive but I always find this happens at this kind of tourist attraction . The gift shop was good and my sister bought a souvenir t shirt and was only £20 ... bargain We had purchased combo tickets so then headed off to Atlantis aquarium .

Visiting The View At The Palm was an unforgettable experience! The general entry tickets gave us easy access to stunning panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the city skyline. The observatory is modern, well-organized, and features great photo opportunities from every angle. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. It truly felt like a lost world to us. Every corner brought a moment of awe as we saw so many different species living together. It was absolutely worth our time and gave us memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. A must-visit for anyone who hasn’t experienced it yet. Kudos to the management for preserving such a beautiful place. ❤️

Guests are not allowed to put their mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, bags, and other personal belongings on or through the gaps of the window panels of the terrace or to hold such items outside the terrace of The View.

Outside food and beverages, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes, or any footwear with wheels are not allowed inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
