Wild Wadi Waterpark & Dubai Garden Glow

• Bring a valid ID for your visit. If you are booking the UAE resident pass, your Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.

What’s not allowed

Wild Wadi Waterpark

• Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.

• Inappropriate swimwear includes (but is not limited to): underwear, cotton clothes (especially long, flowing garments), transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, and regular diapers/nappies.

• Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

• For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

• For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

• The following is prohibited: outside food and beverages, glass items, intoxication, queue jumping, running and diving, devices that contain exposed needles, sharp points or edges.

Dubai Garden Glow

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Dubai Garden Glow.

• Glassware and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

• Cars, balls, scooties, bicycles, and hoverboards are not permitted on the premises.

• Pets are not allowed due to venue restrictions.

Accessibility

Wild Wadi Waterpark

• Some water rides carry a risk of injury and should not be used if you are pregnant, under medical care, have health conditions that limit physical activity, or exceed the ride’s specific weight limits.

• This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

• Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

Dubai Garden Glow

• This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Additional information

Wild Wadi Waterpark

• Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

• The water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round.

• Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

• For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

• You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.

Dubai Garden Glow

• Professional shoots, including engagements, weddings, modeling, TV ads, and other events require prior approval from the management office.

• The management reserves the right to expel any visitor found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.

• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with the mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.

• Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings and temporarily close shows and attractions for safety and maintenance without prior notice or compensation.

• Dubai Garden Glow has permanently moved within Zabeel Park. The new location is at Gate 3, Area A (next to Dubai Frame).

• Dubai Garden Glow now operates during daytime hours. The park will be open from 10am to 9pm daily.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at each attraction.
