Super smooth booking process with Headout! Digital vouchers arrived instantly and entry to both venues was a breeze. AYA Universe is wonderfully futuristic and surreal, while the Dubai Frame gives you the ultimate perspective of the city's past and present (the glass floor is a must-try!). We had fun visiting Dubai Frame during December month. Although a little crowded due to peak tourism season but manageable enough. We went to the top in the elevator and the view from the top was breathtaking. Walking on the floor glass, looking outside to see the old and new Dubai was a nice view. Entry was smooth with proper queue and management.

At level 2, you have the Underwater Zoo, a great place that boasts individual marine displays with their unique aquatic environments. Learn all about their quirks from the trained staff. Wave at crocodiles, piranhas, giant spider crabs, otters, water rats, sea horses, and sea jellies here! Visit some cute Gentoo penguins playing and hunting for some food at the glacial Penguin Cove.

Dubai Frame

The Dubai frame sports an award-winning design that perfectly captures the entire skyline in the heart of Dubai. Designed to showcase both the new and old sights in a single frame, this rectangular structure rises to an unbelievable 150 meters. The venue also features a museum that showcases the transition of Dubai from a fishing village to an iconic metropolis. At the bottom, you can visit the museum and see the growth of Dubai from a fishing village to one of the richest cities in the entire world. The museum uses advanced technology and features an array of exhibits.

Food and beverages, pets, smoking, toys, and sharp tools are not allowed.

It is strictly prohibited to lean or climb over the railing.

Items displayed on exhibitions must not be touched and/or removed.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.

Dubai Frame

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at the GATE 4 Counter.
