It was an amazing offer from Headout which we enjoyed more inside the Park as well. All the personell are welcoming and smiling, very professional. Its very clean, cozy and quite environment inside the park. We had a great time with our family in the park. We learned a lot of new things about crocodiles. And we had a good opportunity to see the crocodile feeding which happens only on the weekends. And lastly, we finished the day with a delicious dinner in Okawanga restaurant with an amazing view of the crocodiles. Thank you Headout for this opportunity!

Truly, it was an unparalleled experience in this beautiful and unique park in Dubai. Also, the experience of buying tickets from the Headout website was truly heartwarming. I recommend buying from them and dealing with them. Their prices are very competitive with others, as we bought 4 tickets at a lower price than others, even from the park's own ticket office. At first I didn't know if this application existed. Once I arrived at the Corcodile park reception, I inquired if they had offer on this Eid day and I was told their is none. For sure the head count of 4 people was to stretch my finances. I was then advised to download head out app and I was supprised that money entry fee was cut beyond a half of what I was supposed to pay initially. Thanks you made my Eid day look special to me u paid it in a style Thanks

Our visit was very enjoyable. We were delighted to see that such a habitat had been created for the crocodiles. We also had the opportunity to pet a baby crocodile. Furthermore, the guides at the museum were very helpful and answered all our questions in detail.

The booking process was effortless and quick. However the highlight of using Headout was the very attractive rates it offered with respect to official website, almost half the original price. The experience was also very good.

For safety reasons, children under 2 years are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

Phones and cameras are not allowed into the penguin encounter area.

Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.

Skiers/snowboarders under Intermediate Level 2 won't be allowed on the slopes.

Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.

An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.

Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own.
