Overall, it was a good experience using this app for Disney tickets. There was some waiting at the entrance gate for supervisor (around 15 minutes due to the different ticket format provided in Headout app) Once in, we were prompted to show ticket in Disney app (which we did downlaod but could add ticket from Headout email) for special perks like adding yourself to queues for lines.

It was a great day, however, without reading the pages of fine print we were unaware that we were required to download the Disney app. This made for a clunky entry experience. We assumed the Headout tickets on our phone were sufficient for entry. Other than that an amazing day!!

Better Disneyland staff operating instructions with your app troubleshooting shooting at gate entry. I did not understand the troubleshooting support from your app. After five minutes I'm trying standing in line with my 84 year-old mother in a wheelchair, a Disney staff came to me, took my phone with your app, and settled situation, then allowed me entry. I would've appreciated a simple to follow a numbered step-by-step correction procedure. As I am not understanding Computer generation of today. I felt confident when I printed my tickets and everything would be fine. Now I am reluctant to use third-party organizations for anything.

I booked the wrong park and we went to the guest relations and they made it right with us. They were amazing. 8 1/2 miles later we went home having a wonderful day.

What’s not allowed

Kids under 14 years old must be with someone 15 or older to enter the park.

Children under 7 need to ride with someone who’s at least 14 years old.

Guests 14 and older can’t wear costumes or masks inside the park.

Some rides have height requirements for safety, which you’ll see posted at the entrance of each attraction.

Oversized strollers (larger than 31" x 52") and wagons aren’t permitted.

Pets aren’t allowed in the parks.

Accessibility

Need a stroller? You can rent one for use at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Service animals are welcome to join you throughout the parks.

Additional information

Theme park reservations must be made in advance via the official Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app after booking your ticket.

Park hours can vary with the season, so it’s always smart to check the official schedule before your visit.
