Der Louvre ist unser absolutes Highlight gewesen. Atemberaubende Ausstellung, trotz großer Menschenmenge verläuft es sich auf dem Gelände, natürlich nicht bei der Mona Lisa, da braucht man Geduld. Am Besten keine weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten an dem Tag planen, dann kann man es entspannt genießen.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Quasi von 0auf100. Kein Anstehen, keine Schlange, kein Nix. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nur der "mitgelieferte Audioguide" war etwas "dünn", für uns aber ohnehin nicht von übergeordnetem Interesse.

Inizialmente ho nutrito qualche perplessità riguardo alla modalità di ricezione dei biglietti, previsti solo 12 ore prima dell'ingresso. Avendo programmato la visita con mesi d'anticipo per un soggiorno di soli tre giorni, temevo che un eventuale contrattempo potesse precludermi l'unica occasione di visitare il museo. Tuttavia, ogni dubbio è stato prontamente fugato dall'assistenza clienti: si sono dimostrati straordinariamente gentili, fornendomi tutte le rassicurazioni necessarie con estrema disponibilità. I titoli d'accesso sono arrivati puntuali come promesso, trasformando quella che era un'apprensione in un'esperienza impeccabile. Un servizio serio e affidabile che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca assistenza dedicata e risolutiva.

We've loved the meeting and interaction with your representative. We've got a beautifull and really enlighting interraction. The meeting location is extremely easy to find, we've arived a little earlier and we found the earlier group. But, using google maps, we've walked from Gare Saint-Lazare and it took us (usind the provided adress) right to the meeting point. Thank you very much for a great day. We will meed to do this again as we've missed loads of exibits and we have to come back. Daniel and Iren

Ich habe die Tickets noch bekommen, als es keine mehr über die offizielle Seite des Museums mehr gab. Es hat mit dem Zusenden 1 Tag vor dem Ereignis gut geklappt. Aber der Audioguide ist nur eine App mit nicht besonderes guten Kommentaren zu wenigen Ausstellungsstücken, deswegen nur 3 Sterne.

The tickets worked out good. There was no explantion orovidedon how to use the audio guide. I wish it wasmore soecific and the building and room number was provided fir each if the pieces mentioned in the audio guide

What’s not allowed

Flash photography, external lighting, and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the Louvre.

Large bags or suitcases are not permitted. Items exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm will be denied entry.Free lockers are available for smaller personal items.

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the museum.

Both the Louvre and Angelina, Rivoli are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

At Angelina, the takeaway entrance is located to the right of the main entrance for ease of access.
