Dubai Desert Safari with 4x4 Dune Bashing, Camel Ride, VIP Seating, BBQ Dinner and Hotel Transfers

A half-day desert safari from Dubai with dune bashing, sandboarding, camel ride, VIP lounge seating, BBQ buffet dinner, and live shows.

Getting started

Your experience begins with round-trip transfer in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle from your Dubai hotel or chosen location. As you leave the city behind, your licensed desert driver takes you toward the red sand dunes where the dune bashing session and other desert activities begin.

Dune bashing and arrival activities

What to expect

The first part of your safari focuses on the desert itself, with your 4x4 heading into the dunes for adventure and photo stops before you continue to the camp. There is time to enjoy the terrain from both the vehicle and the sand before the evening moves into the camp experience.

Features

• Take part in a thrilling dune bashing session in a 4x4 with an experienced, licensed desert driver, as the vehicle climbs and descends the desert dunes at varying angles.
• Try sandboarding on the desert dunes using the provided desert sandboard equipment, sliding down the sandy slopes at your own pace.
• Pause at a scenic stop for sunset photo opportunities over the dunes, with time to capture the changing light and desert landscape before heading to the camp.

Desert camp with VIP lounge, BBQ buffet dinner, and shows

What to expect

The second part of your safari unfolds at the desert camp, where you combine traditional activities, a full BBQ buffet dinner, and live entertainment in a relaxed setting. You settle into the VIP lounge seating area while service, food, and shows fill the rest of the evening.

Features

• Enjoy a short camel ride at the desert camp, giving you a brief experience of traveling by camel across the sand.
• Make use of VIP lounge seating with personalized table service, which keeps you away from the general crowd and lets you relax while food and drinks are brought to your table.
• Dine at a BBQ buffet dinner with a selection of international vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including grilled meats, salads, and desserts as part of your Tour with BBQ Dinner.
• Stay refreshed with unlimited mineral water, soft drinks, chilled beverages, traditional Arabic coffee, and dates throughout the camp visit.
• Visit camp amenities including henna tattoo art and a designated shisha lounge area, where standard shisha is available in a shared setting.
• Watch live entertainment shows in the central performance area, featuring a Tanoura dance, belly dance, and a fire show that bring the evening to a close before your return transfer.
