What to bring

• ID: Carry a valid ID along with your voucher on the day of your tour.

• Winter clothing: If you're not choosing a tour with the snow gear rentals included, or don't plan on renting on the day, make sure to carry your own warm clothing.

Accessibility

• Accessibility restrictions: This tour is not ideal for individuals with limited mobility due to the physical demands of the activities.

• Meeting points: You get to choose from three different meeting points in Santiago, including Diego de Velásquez 2131, Providencia, Vitacura Av 2653, and Parque Arauco.

• Skill level: This experience is suitable for both beginner and intermediate skiers.

• Acclimatization stop: An acclimatization stop on the way to Valle Nevado may be included if needed.

• Snow gear return: If your option includes snow clothing, you must return all gear at the rental shop upon return.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
