What to bring

• ID: Carry a valid ID along with your voucher on the day of your tour.

• Warm clothing: Dress in layers and bring a warm jacket for the colder mountain temperatures. Gloves and a scarf are also recommended.

• Comfortable shoes: Wear closed, comfortable shoes suitable for walking at high altitudes. Warm socks are a bonus.

• Camera: Bring a camera or smartphone to capture the stunning Andean views you'll encounter throughout.

Accessibility

• Accessibility restrictions: This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Additional information

• Meeting points: You can choose from two different meeting points in Santiago - Vitacura Av 2653, or Parque Arauco. You'll be dropped off at your chosen location at the end of your tour.

• Language of tour: Your guide will conduct the experience in English and Spanish.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
