Everything was well organised, thanks. Beatrice is a great guide. However, there was an issue resulting from booking. Unfortunately, I didn't benefit in full from Beatrice as I wasn't a part of the group according to the booking terms. When I booked a tour on Booking.com I wasn't aware that services of the guide aren't included. Access to 7 monuments in Toledo was provided, indeed, but I'd prefer follow the guide who shared the information I was looking for. Next time I'll need to make sure in advance that I'd made a correct booking. Thanks!
