Each extra suitcase requires reducing one passenger. Oversized luggage counts as one passenger.

What's not allowed

Pets: You cannot bring pets on this private transfer service.

Wheelchairs: This service is not wheelchair accessible, and no alternative accessible vehicle is provided.

Infant seats: Infant seats are not available, and only one booster seat for ages 3 to 6 can be pre-booked.

Additional information

Service area: Hotel pickup and drop-off are available only within Tokyo's 23 Wards.

Airport plans: Airport plans operate between Haneda or Narita and hotels in the Mt. Fuji area.

Pickup location: The driver will wait at your hotel entrance or designated pickup area and remain in the vehicle.
