• Punctuality: You will not receive a refund if you arrive late, do not show up, or lose contact with the guide during the tour.
• Contact: If you are running late or cannot find your guide, it is your responsibility to contact the tour operator immediately.
• Cancellation policy: For cancellations made at least 1 day / 24 hours prior to the tour, clients may receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• No refund window: Cancellations made less than 1 day / 24 hours before the booked tour are not refundable, except for complex day trips involving train travel.
• Changes or rescheduling: Any cancellations or changes to the departure date or tour will incur a 10% administration fee, and the new date or tour must be nominated immediately.
• Discounts: Changes may result in the loss of special discounts applied to the original booking.
• Operator cancellation: The Tour Operator may cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If the operator cancels: Passengers will be notified in advance and may rebook for another confirmed departure free of charge, take a tour of equivalent or superior quality if available, accept a voucher for the full amount paid plus 20% extra credit valid for 18 months, or receive a refund of the amount paid minus the administration fee.
• Meeting arrangements: Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included; please refer to your final voucher for the starting point details and specific instructions.
