Our tour of the Uffizi Museum with Sara was truly one of the highlights of our time in Florence. From the very beginning, she brought the museum to life in a way that made the experience both engaging and memorable. Sara’s knowledge of the artwork and history was impressive, but what really set her apart was her ability to tell the stories behind the pieces. She didn’t just guide us from room to room — she connected the art to the people, politics, and culture of the time, making everything feel meaningful and easy to understand. She was also incredibly attentive to our group, making sure everyone could see, hear, and stay engaged, even in the busier areas of the museum. Her pacing was perfect, allowing us time to appreciate the masterpieces without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to Sara, we left the Uffizi with a much deeper appreciation for the art and its significance. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make the most of their visit — she turned a world-class museum into an unforgettable experience.

Siamo stati molto fortunati ad avere una guida tutta per noi, Manuela Corsi è stata bravissima, ha saputo raccontare l'arte in maniera leggera e anche nostra figlia di 12 anni è rimasta incuriosita dalle sue parole. Consiglio a tutti un tour guidato, pochè senza qualcuno che sa spiegarti quello che vedi e soprattutto fare una selezione sarebbe difficile capire veramente quello che stai vedendo.

The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I have learned a lot about the history through the paintings . As the gallery has got a lots of paintings I would recommend to spend more time in the gallery as the guided tour last only 1.5 hours

The app route map was incorrect. The Red line finished earlier than advertised which meant we had no chance to use this as we had planned. In fact it was very poor and rude staff. We asked who to contact for a refund but I was told "It won't happen, so I won't give yiu this information" worst hop on experience ever.

Wheelchair users can only board buses equipped with a footboard and dedicated space.

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.

The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.
