The ride on the vaporetto to Murano and Burano was nice and smooth. The person at the ticket machine was helpful and we were directed to the correct line to take. Unfortunately the line was very long as a lot of people were going there as well. The people on the vaporetto were pleasant and some gave up their seats for us seeing that we were older. We had a wonderful time.

Assez simple d utilisation quand on comprend qu il faut utiliser la reference pour avoir son billet en caisse.Sur mon billet il etait indique que j avais 3 jours pour l utiliser mais qd je suis allee faire le musee correr, on m a dit que mon billet n etait plus valable!!qu il avait une validite de seulement 24h.A verifier.

C'était agréable, on a eu large9le temps de visiter et de faire nos achats, mais la seul chose qui m'est arrivé à la dernière escale: assis sur un banc attendant l'arrivée du bateaux je me suis levé pour boire à la fontaine et j'ai oublié tous mes achats sur banc. Qui est le chanceux qui a pu le récupérer !!!!

Tramitacion sencilla sin ningun problema en la aplicacion ni en la obtencion de los tickets en la entrada. Muy intetesante madrugar para evitar aglomeraciones, aunque las entradas permiten rel accedo hasta las 18:00, mekor presentarse sobre las 9:00

Очень удобно, без очереди прошли в музей и все рассмотрели в своем темпе. Дворец дожей - это незабываемое впечатление: роспись, зал оружия, тюрьма. Только не нашли мост Вздохов, он нигде не был указан на указателях музея.

Servizio ottimo ho comprato i biglietti giornalieri online e appena arrivati a venezia siamo andati subito al distributore automatico che ci ha erogato i biglietti inserendo il codice ricevuto tramite mail, noi li abbiamo usati solo per spostarci con il vaporetto ed è stato comodissimo ! Un sacco di vaporetti indicazioni comprensibile l'unico problema riscontrato è stato il vaporetto che da rialto ci doveva portare in stazione perché si riempiva solo di persone locali mentre i turisti rimanevano fermi li ad aspettare quindi magari il sabato e la domenica aggiungerei qualche vaporetto in più

Show your pre-booked ticket at the main entrance in St. Mark’s Square for skip-the-line access. Minor delays possible at security during busy hours.

ACTV Ticket use:

All ACTV tickets must be validated before each boarding—failure to do so may result in a fine. Your digital voucher must be redeemed at an ACTV ticket machine or kiosk before use. The 1-Day Pass is valid for 24 hours from first validation and remains valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Luggage & children:

You may carry up to 3 items of luggage, with combined dimensions not exceeding 150 cm. Children under 6 years travel free on ACTV transport and do not require a ticket.

Doge’s Palace entry:

Skip-the-line access is included, but minor waits may still occur during peak hours.

Entry to the Doge’s Palace is valid only on the selected date and time, while each museum included in the pass can be visited once within 3 months of that date.

Accessibility:

ACTV transport is mostly accessible, but some vaporetto stops may have limited ramp access. Wheelchair user are eligible for reduced tickets.

At the Doge’s Palace, ramps and elevators provide access to most areas, though the Secret Itineraries, Prisons, and Armory are not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible. The other museums included are wheelchair accessible, but the Church of Santa Maria del Giglio is not.

Photography & restrictions:

Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and commercial photography are not allowed inside Doge’s Palace. Strollers, wheelchairs, and large bags (exceeding 150 cm in total dimensions) are not permitted in certain historic sections like the Prisons and Armory.

What to bring:

- A valid photo ID (may be required for museum entry) - Your digital or printed ticket for ACTV and museum access.
