Très bien pour parcourir Venise rapidement et pour la découvrir d'un autre angle. On en profite pour sortir des sentiers habituel. Seul point négatif, le pass n'est pas valable pour les liaisons avec Fusina + 15 euros. Je le reprendrai lors d'une autre visite.

I bought a 24 hour unlimited pass which was great. I got to see beautiful islands of Murano & Burano, as well as getting to whizz through the stunning Venice landmarks along the water. Would have been improved if I was supplied with a map of the different stops etc, but all in all a great experience and will use again!!

Buna, eu sunt Dragoș... Am fost in Veneția împreună cu soția in perioada 25.06.2026 -02.07 2026 Nu ne am informat corect si am lăsat sa cumpărăm bilete pentru Palatul Dogilor cu o zi înainte de vizitare. Nici un site cunoscut de noi nu mai aveau bilete disponibile ... normal... eram supărați ... dar am găsit din întâmplare aceasta platforma HEADOUT care ne a oferit șansa să vizitam acest obiectiv extraordinar. Am deschis cont ... am cumpărat bilete ... foarte ușor de accesat... sunt toate explicațiile necesare pe site. Noi eram presați de timp deoarece următoarea zi aveam biletele de avion pentru întoarcere acasă. Am întrat la obiectiv ... foarte ușor ... a fost necesar sa schimbam voucher ul cu bilete ... nu am stat la rânduri interminabile... am întrat foarte ușor . Obiectivul a fost extraordinar.. ne a plăcut foarte mult ... si mulțumim platformei HEADOUT pentru ca ne a oferit această frumoasă experiență.

Venice and the vaporetto—it was love at first trip! We rode along the Grand Canal, admired the palaces from the water, and the trip to the Lido was a special delight. Just 15-20 minutes from San Marco, and you're on a beautiful beach on the Adriatic. Returning in the evening at sunset is simply magical! Convenient, romantic, and very atmospheric. The 24-hour pass was a real lifesaver and saved me money. Despite the crowds during peak season, this is the best way to truly see Venice. Highly recommended! ❤️

Ich sage nur : GUT UND GÜNSTIG. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, vom Online Kauf des Tickets bis zur Fahrt mit Bus und Vaporetto. Der Service ist super gut. Die Vaporettos und Busse kommen pünktlich. Die Wasserfahrten mit dem Vaporetto haben uns gut gefallen... man kann immer wieder ein- und aussteigen, wo man will. Die Stationen sind gut beschriftet, so dass man sich nicht verfahren kann. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

A great visit. Unhurried and not too long. Visitor numbers were kept to a level where it did not feel crowded. We loved the water bus rides too.

Getting started

Show your pre-booked ticket at the main entrance in St. Mark’s Square for skip-the-line access. Minor delays possible at security during busy hours.

What to expect

ACTV Ticket use:

All ACTV tickets must be validated before each boarding—failure to do so may result in a fine. Your digital voucher must be redeemed at an ACTV ticket machine or kiosk before use. The 1-Day Pass is valid for 24 hours from first validation and remains valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Luggage & children:

You may carry up to 3 items of luggage, with combined dimensions not exceeding 150 cm. Children under 6 years travel free on ACTV transport and do not require a ticket.

Doge’s Palace entry:

Skip-the-line access is included, but minor waits may still occur during peak hours.

Entry to the Doge’s Palace is valid only on the selected date and time, while each museum included in the pass can be visited once within 3 months of that date.

Accessibility:

ACTV transport is mostly accessible, but some vaporetto stops may have limited ramp access. Wheelchair user are eligible for reduced tickets.

At the Doge’s Palace, ramps and elevators provide access to most areas, though the Secret Itineraries, Prisons, and Armory are not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible. The other museums included are wheelchair accessible, but the Church of Santa Maria del Giglio is not.

Photography & restrictions:

Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and commercial photography are not allowed inside Doge’s Palace. Strollers, wheelchairs, and large bags (exceeding 150 cm in total dimensions) are not permitted in certain historic sections like the Prisons and Armory.

What to bring:

- A valid photo ID (may be required for museum entry) - Your digital or printed ticket for ACTV and museum access.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID. Students must show a valid student ID.
