Magnifique édifice, Belle découverte. L'originalité vient du fait qu'il faut attendre qu'une personne arrive à un point de rendez-vous à 500m du Colisée pour nous donner les billets réservés sur internet. L'idéal aurait été de les avoir directement envoyés sur mon téléphone !!!

Trotz vorab gekauften Tickets ließ sich eine Wartezeit von ca. 10 Minuten am Coloseum und ca. 20 Minuten am Forum Romanum nicht vermeiden. Die Handhabung des Audioguide ist sehr verwirrend. Eine geführte Tour würde ich bei nächsten Mal bevorzugen.

Het bezoek aan Colloseum was indrukwekkend. Jammer was het gebruik van audiovisuele apparatuur. Het was niet duidelijk wanneer welke tekst hoorde bij welk standpunt in het Colosseum. Heel mooi waren dan weer het Forum Ronanum en het Paladijn.

To be honest it was very nice to see it from the inside but it is nothing too special, i had more expectation but it was nice anyway.. For me visiting the Palatine hill and Roman forum was more worth that entering the Coloseum..

I found the original meeting spot, but could find the tour guide. No one around would help. Didn't get the access I paided for. And didn't even find the Palatine.

Large bags, suitcases, and bulky luggage are not permitted inside the Colosseum.

Sharp objects, weapons, and any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

Food and beverages, except for water, cannot be brought inside.

Selfie sticks, tripods, and drones are not allowed within the premises.

Accessibility

The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill have uneven terrain and staircases, which may be challenging for wheelchair users.

An elevator is available for limited access inside the Colosseum.

Visitors with mobility impairments may require assistance in certain areas, especially at the Forum and Palatine Hill.

Additional Info

Names are mandatory for Colosseum bookings—double-check at checkout to avoid issues.

You must arrive at least 15 minutes early as security checks can take 30 minutes or more. Speed up the process by placing phones and other items in your bag or tray for X-ray screening.

Timed priority entry applies only to the Colosseum. The Forum and Palatine Hill tickets remain valid for 24 hours after your selected Colosseum entry time.

There are two entrances: One for the Colosseum and another for the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill (combined). You may enter each site only once and cannot re-enter.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
