Getting started
Arrive at the venue at your selected time and present your ticket at the entrance for validation. After ticket checks, you will be allowed inside to begin your visit. Please carry a valid photo ID, and note that standard security checks may apply before entry.

What to bring
- A valid photo ID is required for entry to the gaming rooms. EU nationals must present a national identity card, while non-EU visitors must show a passport. Driving licences and any other forms of identification will not be accepted.
What's not allowed
- Shorts, bermudas, ripped jeans, sportswear, running shoes, flip-flops, sandals, beachwear, and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, and once confirmed, all sales are final.

Minors are permitted until 2pm only for visits to the Atrium or for lunch at the Salon Rose Restaurant. Access to the Atrium is allowed for minors without any time restriction.
