Seamless activation

Your booking confirmation serves as your ticket for this private experience, so there is no need to download an app or collect anything on arrival. You simply share your central Hanoi hotel details during booking, and your guide and cyclo meet you there at the scheduled time. If your pickup or drop-off point is outside the Old Quarter, you follow the clear instructions provided and meet at Hanoi Opera House instead. Public transportation nearby makes this meeting point easy to reach on your own. This private tour is valid only for the specific date and time you choose at checkout. For example, if you select Tuesday at 5 pm, your guide and cyclo will be arranged for that slot, and the inclusions apply during that booked tour only.
