The Verona card came very handy in visiting museums and taking public transport. I highly recommend to have the card when visiting Verona to skip the lines, enjoy free rides and simply have seemless and enjoyable time in the beautiful city of Verona.

The Verona Card made it very easy and quick to enter the arena. The card pickup location was right beside the arena. It was also great that visiting Juliet's balcony/house was included since it's no longer free to visit the courtyard with the statue.

Molto comoda la Verona Card, anche se in caso di eventi speciali, potrebbe non essere valida. Nel complesso è un buon affare se visiti più di 3 luoghi: nel mio caso l'arena, casa di Giulietta, palazzo della ragione, museo degli affreschi. Il giardino giusti era a pagamento per una fiera

I did not know Verona had so many beautiful churches, and with the pass I was able to enter every one I wanted and get the audio guide. It allowed me to visit places I wast not even expecting to see. If you are planning to visit the main attractions, the Verona Card is absolutely worth it. But definitely give the lesser known spots a chance too , they will not disappoint.

We redempted our tickets very easy in Verona. The ladies at the desk were very nice and explained in detail how can we use our Verona pass. We had the 24h pass and started right away with the Arena (tickets office is next to Arena), followed with Juliets house (around 10 Am - we had appointment), following with Torrei dei Lamberti and Museo Regionale. The locations are very close to each other.

Getting started

Exchange your online Verona pass voucher with a physical card at the tourist office at Palazzo Barbieri in Via Leoncino. Your city pass is activated the moment you first use it—whether that's hopping on an ATV bus or entering your first attraction.

What to expect

Skip the long ticket queues and walk right into the Verona Arena, where ancient Roman crowds once gathered—its original stage and stone seating still remarkably intact. With the Verona City Card, you’ll have 24 or 48 hours to uncover the city’s rich history and charm, with free access to over 15 major attractions. Bonus: enjoy discounted entry to several other hidden gems. Need to get around? Just hop on any ATV public bus—rides are completely free with your pass, making sightseeing effortless.

What to bring

Once you exchange your mobile voucher with your physical Verona pass, ensure to carry it around with you to gain entry to the listed attractions.

Additional information

Verona Arena may have limited hours or closures during winter months. Always check the Arena Schedule before your visit.

Entry to Juliet's House requires a mandatory reservation in advance.

Each attraction can be visited only once with the Verona Card.

On Mondays, the following are closed: Verona Arena, Juliet’s House, Modern Art Gallery (Galleria d’Arte Moderna), Palazzo della Ragione, Castelvecchio Museum, Natural -History Museum, Lapidary Museum, Archaeological Museum at Teatro Romano, and the Museum of Frescoes "G. B. Cavalcaselle" at Juliet’s Tomb.

Dogs are not allowed in most museums except at Torre di Lamberti, Giardino Giusti, and the Natural History Museum.
