L'accueil agréable et professionnel. La visite interactive facile et attractive. Le contenu exceptionnel et a porté de tous. Avons beaucoup appris ! Bien l'idée du verre de dégustation 👌. Nous avons profité du restaurant et grâce au bracelet poursuivi notre visite l'après midi. Près de 5 h sans se lasser . Une prouesse pour un musée et un thème unique ! La Cité du Vin è essenziale per poter dire di avere visitato Bordeaux. Abbiamo passato alcune ore divertenti e, alla fine, istruttive. Si impara divertendosi e questo è sicuramente positivo. Il percorso è semplice e l'audio guida estremamente chiara. Alla fine il passaggio dal Belvedere con l'immancabile bicchiere ha chiuso la visita nel migliore dei modi

Accès facile à la Cité du vin. Le principe d'écoute à l'aide d'une tablette reliée à un casque est très intéressant et permet d'avancer à son rythme. C'est un programme sur les vins exhaustif qui permet de voyager dans le monde. Matinée très agréable terminée par un verre de Saint Emilion.

Interactive displays enrich the experience, taking your self-guided journey to new heights.

Tasting at the Belvedere

Wrap up your self-guided tour at the Belvedere, located on the 8th floor, 35 meters above ground. From here, take in a 360° panoramic view of Bordeaux and its surroundings. After soaking in the stunning vistas, indulge in local specialties from Bordeaux and beyond, as you reflect on the rich knowledge and cultural insights you’ve gained during your visit.

Important Information

This experience is suitable for wheelchair users and pram/stroller users.

The entire building is accessible to guests with reduced mobility, visual and hearing impairments, and intellectual disabilities.

Guide dogs are allowed.

This experience may include tasting sessions of regional blends. Availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry valid ID and drink responsibly.

Operating Hours

It's advised to preferably visit the museum in the morning to make the most of your visit. This self-guided tour takes approximately 1 to 3 hours to complete.

Visitors can have real-time access to the occupancy rate of the Permanent Exhibition on the Affluences website or through the Affluences application, which can be downloaded for free on the Apple Store or Google Play. This application will also provide you with the predicted occupancy rate for the upcoming hours.

Closes on 24 Dec at 4pm and closed for visits on 25 Dec.
