Our guide, THEO, was absolutely brilliant. He helped me throughout as I was nervous and slow but he had patience with me. I am so grateful to him for his professionalsm and kindness. He made the climb a great experience. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and made checking in an efficient process.

From start to finish the whole experience was fab! The people who worked there were friendly and knowledgable and you felt safe. Myself and my 10 year old thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go again.

Getting started

Meet your guide at the designated spot near The O2’s main entrance. They’ll check tickets, run through a quick safety briefing, and help you gear up. After security checks, your group will start the climb together, ready for the views.

What to expect

This limited-time winter experience pairs a guided climb over The O2’s roof with exclusive 52-meter-high snow globe access, creating a magical Christmas adventure above London from 21 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.

Features

Guided roof climb: Walk along The O2’s roof with an expert guide, feel the height under your feet, and spot London landmarks like Tower Bridge, the Shard, and Canary Wharf.

Immersive snow globe: Step into a snow globe at the summit, watch gentle snow fall, enjoy the whimsical winter set-up, and take festive photos to remember the moment.

Extended summit time: Spend 20 minutes at the top photographing the city, taking in the sunset, and soaking up views of the skyline without feeling rushed.

Choose your time slot: Select a climb time that fits your schedule, seeing landmarks in daylight, golden hour, or nighttime city lights from the summit.

What to bring

Have your entry tickets and ID ready for a seamless experience.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activity.

What’s not allowed

Alcohol, food & beverages, sharp metallic tools or objects, large bags, suitcases, and loose items are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft), under the age of 8 years, over the weight of 130kg (286.60lb), a waist measurement over 125cm, or an upper thigh measurement over 75cm.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

People with pregnant people are restricted from participating in this experience.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

Climbers aged 8-17 must be accompanied by adults according to experience guidelines, with one adult required for every five children.

For safety reasons, all participants must attend a pre-climb briefing and wear the provided safety equipment.
