With an age ranging from 17-85 on our trip, finding something that we all enjoyed was fabulous. The tour was well organised and the host Carry-Ann was informative, funny, warm and welcoming. The lights were beautiful and our driver ensured that we saw them all. We would definitely recommend this x

We had an excellent time. Our guide Samuel was very witty and informative. One glitch, we wanted to be picked up at the London Eye but gave us directions to another pick up Location. Everyone was kind enough to let us on at the different stop. Would recommend this tour to others.

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und einen pfiffigen Guide. Trotz relativ viel Verkehr haben wir einiges von London gesehen. Diese Tour kann sehr empfohlen werden. Der Guide soll sich doch melden wenn er in Bern ist.

Crew member 'Mike' certainly provided entertainment and spread good knowledge. Overall a super satisfying experience. Can highly recommend, would do it again! Especially at the upper deck, worth every penny!

Emma from Canada was very good as a tour guide she gave useful information and funny dad jokes. She involved the passengers in questions and where are are you from questions which made it very inclusive

Abbey, our guide, was excellent. Streets were obviously very busy, so progress was a bit slow in parts. Not sure if this was the reason, but our tour ended up on a shorter route, not actually crossing the Thames and back, as was on the map route.

Ivan was a very good tour guide - super entertaining. My issues were with the bus loading. I paid extra for my family to have a seat on the upper deck; however, no one checked the tickets to see if you paid extra. So, everyone in line rushed to the upper deck and took all of the seats. I ended up with a seat by a dirty widow making all of the lights very hard to see.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that food & beverages are not allowed on the bus. However, you can carry a bottle of water.

Accessibility

The bus is wheelchair accessible. However, the bus has space for only one fold-away pushchair and a wheelchair on the lower deck.

Additional information

This is a single-loop bus tour, and the bus will return to the starting point at the end of the tour. The tour does not offer hop-on hop-off service.

Children under the age of 4 can travel free of charge but will not get a separate seat. If they require a seat, you can purchase a child ticket.

Traffic during Christmas can be busy, so the bus may adjust the route to keep the tour moving and maximize your experience. On lighter traffic days, the tour may take 60 to 70 minutes.

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that if you opt for a lower deck ticket, you won’t have access to upper deck seats.

Dress snug in warm layers; London is known to have a chilly twist in the weather around December.
