My visit to the London Eye with Headout was a really memorable experience from start to finish. Très belle expérience avec Headout ! La réservation a été rapide et intuitive, avec des billets reçus instantanément, ce qui est très rassurant quand on prépare un voyage. Une fois sur place, tout était bien organisé et le personnel agréable, ce qui a rendu l’accès au London Eye fluide et sans stress. Nous y sommes allés en fin de journée et la vue au coucher du soleil était absolument magnifique, avec tout Londres illuminé progressivement. La montée est douce, ce qui laisse vraiment le temps d’admirer chaque point de vue et de prendre des photos incroyables. C’est une activité incontournable qui vaut largement le prix, surtout pour une première visite. Je recommande vivement cette expérience !

Fast Track hat sich wirklich gelohnt, nur zwei Personen waren vor uns und wir kamen direkt dran, sogar etwas vor der Zeit. Der Preis ist allerdings nicht wenig. Die Buchung war einfach. Alles klappte problemlos, das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Das London Eye ist sehr langsam unterwegs und stoppt auch manchmal, was angenehm entschleunigend wirkt, ideal um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Informationen während der Fahrt sind gut und nicht zu ausschweifend. Wir hatten eine Abendtour und es war besonders schön als die Gebäude langsam beleuchtet wurden. Die Tower Bridge und den Tower sieht man nicht, die Themse macht davor einen Knick.

Todo fué muy fàcil, menos mal que lleguemos 30 minutos antes, y aún así tuvimos que hacer cola. En principio solo hay un banco central, pero la verdad es que es una experiencia para hacer de pie y moviendote por el espacio para ver la ciudad des de diferentes puntos, las vistas son muy bonitas. Tuvimos que pasar un control de seguirdad antes de subir bastante exaustivo. Fue muy bonito, pero es caro y lo único que hay son las vistas. Ya hemos vivido la experiencia pero no la volveria a hacer.

Me sorprendió la rapidez de acceso a la atracción sunny cuando estaba muy concurrido el lugar. Muy sorprendente London Eye com sus vistas espectaculares y la calidad de sus instalaciones. Vale la pena subir de día y de noche.

With over 85 million visitors to date, this engineering marvel offers one-of-a-kind panoramic views of the city’s most famed landmarks, made even more magical during the festive season when London becomes a gleaming winter wonderland.

Panoramic capsules: Step into one of 32 state-of-the-art glass pods that provide uninterrupted 360-degree views. Catch sight of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, and more, each dazzling with the glow of holiday decorations.

Christmas lights: Make the most of extended hours until 8:30pm available on select December evenings. Gaze down upon the city’s twinkling streets, festive markets, and lit-up tree displays, creating a scene straight from a Christmas card.

Festive atmosphere: The surrounding Southbank transforms into a holiday haven lined with charming Christmas stalls, warm seasonal food, and joyful carols. The Eye itself glows with special holiday-themed lights, adding to the magic of your ride.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the attraction for security reasons.

Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the capsules or on the boarding platform.

Accessibility

The London Eye is wheelchair accessible. Please note that only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.

Additional information

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.

Infants aged 2 years and under ride free but must still reserve a ticket.

Extended opening hours until 8:30pm are available on select December dates during the Christmas season.

Carry a printout of your voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.

Validity

Valid for 1 day from first use. The ticket expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
