Lasting approximately 60 to 75 minutes, this all-ages experience invites you to walk through the biography and the fantastical worlds of one of literature’s greatest pioneers. What's not allowed

The metaverse experience is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years.

Except for water, no food or drink is allowed inside or during the exhibition.

Flash photography, professional equipment, and tripods are strictly prohibited at the venue.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes. If you are late, your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.

To ensure the safety of everyone in the experience, the security team might ask to conduct bag searches of the guests.

You can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.
