The views from the top are spectacular!!! You truly get 360 degree views that include the lake to the skyline. Absolutely breathtaking! This is a must do experience for anyone visiting the city. The elevator ride is smooth and takes only 45 seconds to reach the top floor (94th floor). Would love to do this again on my next visit to Chicago.

It was comfortable to ride on the top deck even with the cold weather. We were able to see the beauty of the city very well. The tour guides were very nice and helpful.

we had already been in lChicago a couple of nights and had tried to go up. But the visibility was such that the ticket line person advised against it. He showed us a visibility map and suggested we return the next evening around six which we did. There were people taking pictures in several locations. The decorations were beautiful and so was the view. It was a windy night so some things were closed. We wrapped up our evening with a nightcap in the Cloud 360 bar. It was a fantastic ending to our Chicago trip.

The views from the deck were very good and especially the Michigan lake side views were good with various shades of blue of the waters were pleasing to the eye. TILT experience was exhilarating and we thoroughly enjoyed it and the experience being pictured was good. The staff were very cordial and the photographers were very friendly and encouraging us to take more pics to frame our memories. A sip of drink in their cloud bar completes the experience.
