Took the Celebrity Homes Tour with my sister and it legit felt like peeking behind the scenes of LA! Our guide, I think his name was Rick?, was a riot and kept throwing in random celeb facts that made us laugh. The bus had this open roof so we could snap photos of the palm trees (and, like, three Ferraris parked outside mansions??). We managed to spot the Hollywood sign peeking out from behind a hedge—almost missed it lol. Only thing, it got a bit chilly up top when the sun dipped behind clouds, so maybe bring a sweater. Totally worth it though, especially if you’re into movie trivia. Would go again just for the guide’s stories!

Went solo on the celeb homes tour—honestly, didn’t expect to care much but it was cooool. Guide talked non-stop (in a good way) about which stars lived where and pointed out a house that apparently had a secret tunnel. Didn’t see any celebs (obvs) but saw a bunch of their massive driveways. Traffic was pretty rough, not gonna lie, but the minibus windows made it easy to take pics. Would’ve liked a little more time to stop for photos, but still SUPER fun.

Brought my parents who don’t speak much English—our guide was SO patient and even tried a few words in Japanese, which was a sweet touch. We rode past big houses in Beverly Hills and saw the gate to what the guide said was Beyonce’s house (can’t confirm, haha). Weather was sunny and perf, but if you sit on the left side you get better views for sure. Def worth the money for the experience, even if you’re not a huge celeb buff.

Tour was okay. Saw a bunch of famous houses and the guide had some funny stories but it felt a bit rushed. Kinda expected more stops or at least a chance to stretch our legs. Still, my teens thought it was cool to see where some of their fav TikTokers live. If you love celeb gossip, go for it. If not, maybe skip.

Honestly, didn’t think I’d care about celebrity houses but my wife dragged me along and I ended up loving it. Tour was well paced, and the guide (shout out to Dan!) kept us laughing with all his stories about crazy celebrity parties. Saw the Hollywood sign, which was SMALLER than I thought but still kinda epic. Only negative: the sun was in my eyes half the time, bring sunglasses!
