What to bring

• You can show your ticket on your phone or bring a printed copy, whichever is easiest for you.

• It’s also a good idea to carry a valid photo ID, just in case it’s needed at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food, drinks, and coolers aren’t allowed inside, except for baby food or medically necessary items.

• Items like weapons, fireworks, drones, and other hazardous objects are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas outside the park.

• Loose articles are strictly prohibited on rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Cell phones, keys, wallets, or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets or zippered jacket pockets. All loose articles which cannot be secured must be left in a locker or with a non-rider prior to entering the queue.

Accessibility

• The park offers an Attraction Accessibility Program to support guests with disabilities.

• You can request accommodations using the IBCCES Accessibility Card (IAC) for a smoother experience.

• Guest Services also provides helpful resources like accessibility guides.

• Service animals are welcome in most areas, though some rides may have restrictions.

• Many amusement rides use manufacturer-designed safety systems built to accommodate people of average physical stature and proportion. These systems may limit the ability of some individuals to safely ride.

• Guests of larger or smaller size; guests with heart, back or neck conditions; pregnant guests; guests recovering from recent surgery; and guests with casts, braces, restrictive devices or certain disabilities may not be safely accommodated.

• The property is fully cashless; cash is not accepted at the theme park, water park, or parking toll plaza. Cash-to-Card kiosks are available throughout the property.

• Same-day re-entry is typically allowed—just follow the exit and re-entry process at the gate.

• Rides may pause due to weather conditions, and tickets are generally non-refundable.

• A chaperone policy is in effect for guests age 15 and younger. Guests age 16 and older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver's license, State Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age.
