Start with whichever booking time you’ve chosen first. Keep a valid photo ID handy—both Burj Khalifa and the skydive require it. Expect standard entry checks at each venue before you head in.
What to expect
You ride one of the world’s fastest elevators up to the observation levels, with a multimedia presentation setting the scene on the way. Level 124 is built around wall-to-wall glass; Level 125 opens up with more space and an outdoor terrace.

- Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form must be completed and signed by all participants
- Participants aged 70 years and above must fill out the Declaration of Fitness form signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival
- Staff will weigh you (with shoes and clothes on) at check-in
- Flights may not take place in poor weather conditions
- Final flight time slot may change by 60–90 minutes, depending on availability

- Entry is only at the time slot chosen during checkout; once inside, you can stay as long as you like

Global Village Entry Tickets
- Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time
- This ticket is only an admission ticket; shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows are at your own cost
- Tickets are valid for a single entry between 15 Oct 2025 to May 10, 2026 (or such other designated season dates)
- Tuesday is reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays)
- Respectful attire covering torso, shoulders, legs, and knees must be worn
- No refunds under any circumstances
- Re-sale, duplication, or reprinting of tickets is prohibited
- Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking areas within the Park
- Global Village may change opening times or suspend shows/attractions without notice
- By entering, you consent to filming/photography that can occur anytime in the Park
- The Value ticket is not available on weekends and public holidays
