Посетили смотровую площадку Бурдж-Халифа в январе 2026 года. Билеты покупала через Headout. Сайт продуман и удобен в пользовании. Интересные подборки экскурсий. После каждой покупки билета, давалась дополнительно скидка на следующую покупку. Это привлекательно. Само посещение Бурдж-Халифа прошло замечательно. Сотрудники максимально помогают посетителям и упорядочивают очередя. Готовтесь к очередям, без них никак. Желающих подняться на 124,125 этажи очень много. Виды сверху открываются прекрасные. Сразу видно, что город разростается быстрыми темпами и то ,что я увидела сейчас, через пару лет будет совсем другая картинка. Потому нельзя сказать, что один раз поднялся и в следующие посещения Дубаи эта достопримечательность станет неактуальной. Интересно и красиво здесь будет всегда!

This was a really enjoyable and well-planned combo experience. The visit to Burj Khalifa “At The Top” went very smoothly with hardly any waiting, and the views of Dubai from above were truly breathtaking and memorable. The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo was equally delightful, especially for families it was clean, well maintained, and genuinely interesting for both children and adults. It didn’t feel very special to me. At the end of the day, you’re inside a very tall building looking at the city from above. I booked the sunrise slot for Floors 124 and 125, but it didn’t feel any different or extraordinary. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. They do provide a complimentary drink (coffee, tea, or a carbonated soft drink) along with a donut. The coffee and donut were actually very good. The entry is through Dubai Mall. The sunrise slot starts at 5:00 AM, but the actual sunrise was closer to 7:00 AM. At 5:00 AM, the crowd is very low, so you can enjoy a nice view of the city lights at night. As the day begins, the crowd increases significantly. If you’re going for sunrise, you need to go early and secure a good spot. Otherwise, it becomes very crowded, and you may not even get a clear view through the glass — especially at the popular viewpoints. Avoid the extreme north and south ends; the middle section offers a better sunrise view. You can also watch from the stairs leading to Floor 125. In my opinion, the view from Floor 124 is better than Floor 125.

The desert safari driver was rude at first and took us to the quad bike location. All these quad activities are paid which is not clearly mentioned anywhere while booking. We made the booking thinking it's optional for us to do it, not pay for it additionally. Secondly Burj Khalifa queues took hours so you can't actually arrive at any one right time as they just put everyone in the same queue regardless of your time slots.

What to bring

Wild Wadi & Burj Khalifa

Bring a valid ID for your visit. If you are booking the UAE resident pass, your Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.

What's not allowed

Wild Wadi

Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.

Inappropriate swimwear includes (but not restricted to): Underwear, cotton clothes, especially long, flowing garments, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at our retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

The following is prohibited: outside food and beverages; glass items; intoxication; queue jumping; running and diving; devices that contain exposed needles that do not retract into the device, or with other sharp points or edges.

Burj Khalifa

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.

Baby strollers are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

Wild Wadi

Some water rides carry a risk of injury and should not be used if you are pregnant, under medical care, have health conditions that limit physical activity, or exceed the ride’s specific weight limits.

This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

The water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round.

Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

You can use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.

Burj Khalifa

Tickets are available at time slots of 30 minutes.

Please check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the premises.

Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.

The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj.
