what made my visit special with Headout was how easy and stress-free the entire experience was from booking to entry. i'm actually afraid of heights, so i was a little nervous about going up to levels 124 & 125 of the Burj Khalifa. but once i reached the top, the breathtaking views of Dubai made it all worth it. sharing the experience with someone special made it even more memorable. watching the city from above, taking photos together, and enjoying the moment created memories i'll never forget. it was truly one of the highlights of my trip.

I booked the tickets through Headout, process was smooth & quick. Amongst the benefits - I got good discount compared to oflline ticket prices plus no need to be in queue at the venue, just scanned my ticket & I was in.

I spend more than an hour because i went around 3 pm Less crowd and more time to spend up there ❤️ It was beautiful really 125 floor was too good i was looking all over Dubai

The Green Planet Dubai is one of the best indoor family attractions in Dubai, especially if you have kids or enjoy nature and animals. It’s an indoor tropical rainforest with birds, sloths, reptiles, monkeys, fish, and free-flying animals inside a huge biodome. What people like * Very good for families and children * Cool indoor environment during Dubai heat * Close interaction with animals and birds * Educational and interactive experience * Beautiful rainforest atmosphere with waterfalls and “rainstorm” effects Common complaints * Some visitors feel ticket prices are expensive for a 1.5–2 hour visit * Can get crowded on weekends * Play area may sometimes be closed * A few reviews mentioned small enclosures or staff not controlling noisy visitors well My overall review * For families with young kids: 8.5/10 * For animal/nature lovers: 9/10 * For adults only looking for thrill attractions: 6.5/10 Tips before you go * Visit on weekday mornings for less crowd * Book online for discounts * Plan around 2 hours * Combine with City Walk for food and shopping after visit Worth it? Loved everything about the experience! At the Burj Khalifa, there was no crowd. It was amazing seeing the sun rise over the cityscape below, the warm rays of sunshine cutting thru the cool morning air. The Miracle Gardens had quite a lot of people visiting when I did but I could move around and take pictures easily still. The combo ticket as definitely a good choice!

I was eagerly waiting to view sunset from at the top and it felt like my dream came true and really appreciate the staff and the way they treated me.

Green Planet

Enter a magical tropical rainforest at the first bio-dome of its kind in Dubai. Glance into the world of glorious flora and fauna at the numerous exhibitions and displays, and discover fascinating secrets of tropical rainforests at the impressive educational facility. Learn about the rare and exotic animals that live at the bio-dome, including sugar gliders, squirrel monkeys, Burmese pythons, and a school of 1,000 adult, red-bellied piranhas.

Important Information

Burj Khalifa

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes in the elevator queue.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Green Planet

Green Planet is wheelchair-friendly.

Food, beverages, and smoking are strictly not allowed in The Green Planet.

You cannot bring monopods, selfie sticks, or tripods into The Green Planet. Flash photography is also not allowed here.

You are entitled to 4 hours of free parking at underground City Walk mall parking with a minimum spend of AED 100 at The Green Planet. You will need to validate your token before exiting, each additional hour is charged at AED 20.

Daily: slots available between 8:30am to 11pm

Prime hours: 3pm to 6:30pm

Green Planet

Daily: 10am to 6pm (last admission at 5:30pm).
