The history, views and the time given was excellent! Staff were professional yet warm. Also the photos for memories were good to have. The UMA restaurant is also something I would recommend. Be it a drink or meal, views, an excellent add on especially around sunsets and the whole experience was very good. I would do it again.

The Tour was fantastic. However I suggest the receptionist lady should smile and talk nicely. While we were downloading the tickets by mistake we show same ticket twice, and she said scanned already. Then she asked from which country we are. I felt that question was look embarrassed because assumed we don't what to do.

Arrive at the Burj Al Arab ticket lounge, located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, 15 minutes before your scheduled slot with a valid photo ID. After ticket validation, your butler-guide will greet you and introduce the experience before you proceed through security and into the hotel.

Access is limited to specified areas only; entry to the entire hotel is not included.

Group size is limited to a maximum of 26 guests per tour.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected and are non-refundable or transferable.

Changes to your booking are permitted up to 48 hours prior to your tour date.

Late arrivals may be moved to another tour, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Hospitality packages (culinary options) are not included in the tour and commence 2 hours after your tour start time.

Valet parking is available at Jumeirah Beach Hotel for tour guests; public transport and taxi drop-off options are also available.
