Le plus grand complexe thermal d'Europe, avec ses immenses piscines extérieures fumantes, ses nombreux bassins intérieurs de différentes températures, ses saunas et ses bains à remous. C'est l'image emblématique des thermes de Budapest. Au-delà de la détente, les eaux thermales de Budapest sont traditionnellement réputées pour soulager les douleurs articulaires, favoriser la récupération musculaire et offrir un véritable moment de relaxation. Une visite aux thermes de Budapest est bien plus qu'une séance de spa : c'est une immersion dans une tradition vieille de plusieurs siècles, où l'on passe d'un bassin chaud à un bassin froid, d'un sauna à un bain de vapeur, exceptionnel. C'est une expérience incontournable pour découvrir l'art de vivre hongrois. Foncez, de préférence le matin, c'est grandiose! Je vais y retourner, de plus c'est calme et très respectueux...

The Széchenyi Spa is an amazing spa full of hot pools and different types. 😊 I am a solo male 66yrsold global traveller and loved it and will go back when I am in Budapest again. I love when I experience a relaxing healing place like this to unwind after jet planes and airports to soothe my soul. 🙏 I spent most of the day there, and the price was really good for the experience. The environment has an ancient Roman feel about then. There were many people there but I never felt crowded . A must do if you come to Budapest. 😊 😊

I would like to say t Széchenyi Spa is really a must visit spot in budapest the best place to relax your mind your body and soul, from the cabin safetiness, to sauna's, steam sauna's and the bath salt. The staff are accomodating and very polite, the water is clean, WC's are also clean. Overall is one of the best to relax. Will recommend to my friends and relatives and i can say i will go back again amd again and again.

El balneario nos ha encantado. Es un lugar precioso y muy agradable. Es un lujo poder disfrutar de las aguas termales en un edificio histórico. Hay piscinas interiores y exteriores con agua a diferente temperatura. También pudimos comer allí. Hay taquillas donde puedes dejar tus cosas al cambiarte de ropa y también unas taquillas exteriores donde dejar tus pertenencias sin preocuparte por ellas.

Great day out at Szechenyi Spa. Beautiful outdoor pools' which were very therapeutic. Adventure pool was great fun with a whirlpool and several jet spouts giving super massage. The indoor pools' looked less inviting, a bit tired and didn't look clean so we didn't use them. Didn't try the saunas as not for us. Getting a sun lounger was difficult as the pool area was packed as such beautiful weather the day we went. We did eventually manage to get a couple, so then able to relax properly. Good value for fun & relaxing day out. Having a changing cabin made a difference for ease of changing too.

The day was fantastic. The weather and the experience outdid themselves. The baths were so relaxed and clean. I had a private cabin and found this great to be able to store my things safely and change at my own leisure. I spent 5 hours there in total 9 am start, I also had lunch in the restaurant and the beef stew was delicious. I highly be recommend this experience well done.

Très beau site - les thermes sont magnifiques - les bains extérieurs sont appréciés quand il fait chaud Admission facile et rapide Problème de transat et parasol il n'y en a pas assez pour tout le monde, il devrait y avoir un système 1 transat pour 1 cabine privée réservé

Getting started

Enter Széchenyi Spa at your selected time using your mobile voucher and follow the signs to the ticket validation area. Depending on the option selected, you will be directed to either the locker area or the private changing and storage cabins. If you have chosen a fast-track entry ticket, you will use a dedicated entry window during the eligible time slot.

What to bring

Swim essentials: Bring your swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a swimming cap for the experience.

Spa attire rules: Wear slippers throughout the spa area, and use swimming caps in swimming pools but not in thermal baths.

Accessibility

Wheelchair and stroller access: Do not expect wheelchair or pram access as this experience is not accessible for them.

What’s not allowed

Pets: Do not bring pets for this experience as they are not permitted at the venue.

Age restriction: Do not book this experience for guests under 14 years as entry is not allowed for them.

Additional information

Entrance stair works: Expect renovation at the entrance stairs from Állatkerti Street between May 4 and July 12, 2026.

Locker room renovation: Be aware that the swimming pool side locker room area will be renovated and converted into a coed locker room between July 29 and August 6, 2026.

Sunbathing area works: Know that the staircase sunbathing area will be under renovation from August 31 to October 11, 2026.

Women’s thermal closure: Plan ahead as the women’s thermal section will be closed for renovation from December 7, 2026, through November 2027.

Closing procedure: Leave the pools and surrounding areas at least 20 minutes before closing time.

Last entry: Arrive at the venue at least one hour before closing time as no entry is allowed after that.

Fast-track timing: Enter the spa before 11am or after 3pm if you select the fast-track ticket option to enjoy immediate entry.

Re-entry: Use your ticket only once for entry because re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
