Present your entrance ticket to the Royal Mews at the admission point and pass through airport-style security checks, keeping bags light and closed. After entry, collect your multimedia tour in 9 languages from the designated area. Then follow the mostly outdoor but covered visitor route to begin exploring the working stables and carriage areas at your own pace.

Royal Mews
This is the working home of the royal collection of carriages, coaches, and some horses that support ceremonial duties for Buckingham Palace.

Interactive experiences: Try out a royal carriage in the replica Landau and practice tacking up a wooden pony, which provides hands-on ways to understand how horses and vehicles are prepared for processions.
