Helmed by Tony-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell, BOOP! The Betty Boop Musical brings the titular icon into a live-action story for the first time. With equally gifted creatives in the team including Grammy-winning composer David Foster, Tony-nominated lyricist Susan Birkenhead, and Tony-winning book writer Bob Martin, this production is set to take Broadway by storm in 2025.

The story

Betty Boop tires of the chaos of being a super-celebrity in her black-and-white flapper town. After all, it's hard being a perpetual icon - sometimes, you just need a day off. When the spit-curled diva gets a chance to experience the world in color, she hops right on the train to a whole new world - that dazzling ol' town of New York City.
