The Jim Henson Company: Make, Believe, Magic at QAGOMA was absolutely amazing! My partner and I loved every minute of it. It took us on a nostalgic journey back to our childhoods, bringing back so many wonderful memories of the characters and stories we grew up with. From Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock to the incredible worlds of The Dark Crystal and Labyrinth, it was magical to see Jim Henson’s creativity, imagination and extraordinary talent celebrated in such a beautiful way. We genuinely felt like kids again, and it reminded us of the joy, wonder and magic that these characters brought into our lives. An unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone, young or old.

After a delayed bus trip and train connection to GOMA we regrettably missed the shows. Thankfully the entry was still smooth with the flexi ticket and we were able to come and go from the exhibit. I really needed more time to listen to the sound recordings and history behind the fascinating design and construction of the puppets. I loved to see the drawing boards and initial sketched ideas as I'm also a designer and artist. I till many photos to share on Facebook of this incredible experience.

Jim Henson's incredible creativity on full display via extensive display of puppets, sets, video, explanatory posters and audio. Granddaughters aged 17 and 12 loved the exhibition and especially making sock puppets and a video with their puppets. Not overly crowded.

To remember a time when life was fun for my children, how they would get excited about watching Fraggle rock or the Muppets. Life was easy back then for them, l wanted my children to remember how to enjoy the joy of life

Voucher and ID: Display your mobile voucher with a valid photo ID at the Story Bridge Adventure Climb starting point.

Age, height and weight: Participants must be at least 6 years old, 110 cm tall, and weigh no more than 130 kg.

Child policy: Children aged 6 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum of 3 minors per adult.

Duration: The Story Bridge climb lasts about 2 hours, including check-in, gearing up, and the climb itself.

Alcohol check: All climbers will be breathalyzed and must register below 0.05 BAC to join the climb.

Photographs: One group photograph is included; individual photographs are not included and can be purchased separately.

Sock Puppet Studio: The Sock Puppet Studio operates daily during Queensland school holidays from 10:00am to 3:30pm.
