This was my first time booking with Headout. This was really easy and they did a good job providing email notifications so it was easy to find my tickets. It made the line smooth and reasonable tickets. The Jerónimo Monastery itself was breathtaking. Did not like the panhandlers outside but not the establishment's fault. The architecture was gorgeous and stunning and such a great experience. So many photo opportunities to capture the natural beauty. I would have loved to see more signage for people like me that did the self guided tour but otherwise had a great time. Would definitely use Headout again for future tickets.

Wir haben die Tour gestern als Familie gemacht. Die Buchung hat ganz einfach und problemlos geklappt. Wir wurden am Stadion ganz freundlich empfangen. Die Führungen starten mehrfach am Tag. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle junge Dame die uns geführt hat und auf alle Fragen toll eingegangen ist. Es war absolut gigantisch und gab den ein oder anderen wirklichen Gänsehautmoment als wir in die Umkleiden der Spieler,den Tunnel Richtung Spielfeld oder an den Platz kamen. Und vor allem unserer Meinung nach ein super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir können die Tour absolut empfehlen und würden es nochmals machen!!!👍

My visit to Jerónimos Monastery was a wonderful and memorable experience. The place is truly beautiful, rich in history, and impressive in its architecture. I also appreciated how well organized the entire visit was, with clear arrangements and a strong focus on visitor safety. Everything felt smooth, comfortable, and well managed, allowing me to fully enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend Headout to anyone planning to visit this remarkable landmark.

inscription facile mais au moment du règlement il y a eu un bug comme si le paiement n'était pas accepté. Nous avons vérifiér notre compte bancaire et rien n'indiquait le paiement. Nous avons recommencé et reussi. Notre surprisd est arrivé ensuite nouz avonz reçu 4 vouchers. Nous avons donc payé 2 fois. J,ai envoyé une réclamation mais ne savais pas répondre à toutes les questions. je n'ai réussi à ouvrir tout que le jour de la visite.

Instructions before the visit were detailed and helpful. Arrival 30 minutes ahead if entry-time was perfect. Landmark is outstanding, remarkable artwork in stone, not too many people around, you could always go next to the object or part you wanted to visit. Most impressive for me we're the cloister and the chapter house, what wonderful arches! Mostly recommended for architecture lovers!

We loved the tour of the stadium as it's very impressive also the guide was very good and informative. Next we went in the museum and that was very good i enjoyed seeing all of the trophies and the guide was very knowledgeable of players that had played for my own club as well as benfica, overall the experience was very good and I would recommend it

Booked my tickets for Benfica stadium tour & museum from headout it was a fast and easy process, Headed to the stadium and it really did exceed my expectations it was absolutely beautiful and well worth it a definite must see on all accounts. The stadium was absolutely spotless our tour guide was so informative and I got some beautiful pictures in and around the stadium. I even got some beautiful pictures of the Benfica Eagles Gloria and Victoria. After out tour of the stadium we headed to Benfica's official store on site then headed outside and relaxed and had a coffee before heading in to the Benfica's museum which was just amazing. Over all a fantastic day out with so much beauty and history. 10/10

The monastery is just stunning - the architecture and celebration of the exploration and the role of the monastery in that past time was really well presented throughout. We went later in the afternoon and it was a lovely temperature and had wonderful light for photos at that time. The line was quite long and disorganised to get in, but it moved relatively quickly in the end.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the stadium or museum.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, drinking, and any form of drugs are strictly prohibited within the stadium and museum.

Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

Jerónimos Monastery

The monastery has a strict dress code. Wearing off-shoulder tops, knee length shorts, and dresses is prohibited.

Photography is not permitted in some parts of the monastery.

Food, beverages, and large bags & luggage are not allowed.

The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

The monastery's lower level is wheelchair accessible, but certain areas are cobblestoned.

You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.

If you're a person with reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.

The guide accompanying you on the tour of the stadium will speak both Portuguese and English.

Jerónimos Monastery

Entry is free for Portuguese residents on Sundays and public holidays, which often leads to larger crowds. If possible, plan your visit on another day.

The church is a part of the monastery and offers free entry, but you must join a separate line to enter.
