The tour was fantastic! The stadium itself is absolutely stunning-easily one of the most beautiful I’ve ever visited-and the museum has such an immersive, atmospheric feel. The staff were all very polite and helpful, especially our guide, Diogo, who made the experience even better. We booked our tickets in advance through the Headout app. There are no fixed time slots-you simply arrive and wait until a group is formed for the tour. One important thing to note: you need to have your tickets printed (from the email confirmation). Showing them on your phone or app is not enough.

Schitterende en respectvolle begroeting aan Gate 17 met een goed ter tale en welbespraakte, jonge gidse ! Tof dat het huisdier, ook plaatselijke mascotte, werd opgenomen in de rondleiding, maar het effect dat het dier in een kleinere ruimte uitstraalde in 2004 was wel indrukwekkender. Prachtig Stadion, gedenkwaardige rondleiding. Dankuwel, Rood & Wit !! GROUP Royal Sava Football Club, Antwerp, Belgium.

The Stadium tour and Museum were staffed with very informative guides. You must remember to print out your ticket as they keep this at the entry point. You receive a scarf for each person who has bought a ticket at the entry point. The only let down was that our group was too big. The 11am tour on 15th April had double the size of the other groups which made it difficult to take photos.

Sehr schönes 5 Sterne Estadio. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für alle Fußballfans sich dieses Stadion anzuschauen. Auch das Benfica Museum ist sehr empfehlenswert. Dort wird die ganze Bandbreite des ruhmreichen portugiesischen Clubs dargestellt.

Lo stadio è molto bello con soluzioni architettoniche di livello. Ma quello che più mi ha colpito, nonostante il grande afflusso di gente e relativi problemi a gestire il tutto, è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale che si è dimostrato fondamentale per ridurre a zero i problemi insorti. Super Guide, es war sehr interessant hinter die Kulissen zu blicken. Da die Tour in englisch stattfand war die Gruppe nicht sehr gross und wir hatten viel Zeit für Fotos und Fragen.

SL Benfica Stadium

For guests with reduced mobility, a companion will be admitted free of charge.

It's mandatory to present the supporting document in the act of purchasing the ticket.

The stadium will be closed on match days.

Lisbon Card

You can visit each attraction only once.

Once redeemed, it is valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h depending on the ticket option chosen.

Bear in mind that national monuments and museums are closed on the following dates: Jan 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, Dec 24 & 25, and on municipal holidays (Jun 13 in Lisbon and Jun 29 in Sintra).

Fast-track entry is not possible at all attractions.

All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point.
