We booked tickets for Santa Croce at the last minute - about 30 minutes before walking in - while eating lunch in the area and knowing we had extra time to visit this church. So glad we visited! Beautiful, historic church featuring the graves of many famous Florentines. Plus, an important church for the city of Florence in an important civic neighborhood. Easy to purchase tickets, ready in time for our visit. Perfect last minute choice.

Мне понравилось, что я пришел точно по времени и почти не стоял в длинной очереди. Когда я предъявил свой электронный билет меня направили в кассу и там выдали бумажный. После этого я пошел со всеми и начал осмотр. Я взял напрокат аудиогида, с которым провел в Галерее около 6 часов, обойдя все экспонаты и все залы и выслушав все пояснения. Впечатления совершенно потрясающие!

Amazing art collection and well designed layout, be prepared to spend 2-3 hrs inside. Though they say buy tickets in advance and jump queue on our visit at 11am it was chaos as it was a free for all with no organisation of time slots. Queue was much smaller at 2pm so I would go in the afternoon as less congested

Venus passer quelques jours à Florence, cette visite était programmée. Celle-ci s'est déroulée comme prévue. L'entrée à la basilique a été rapide, très peu de file d'attente. La réservation en ligne n'a posé aucun souci.

This museum has so much to offer. Due to the high volume of interest it is important to do your homework as to what artist you are interested in. Know the physical layout so you don't miss your favorite pieces. Even though our tickets were timed entry the spaces get filled up quickly. Enjoy!
