Such a beautiful experience. Our family were exhausted on the day I had originally booked for but thankfully the tickets were flexible so we were able to attend the flyer a few days later. The view is beyond stunning, the capsules are comfortably airconditioned and spacious, and the ride is the perfect amount of time to see and experience Singapore's views. We went in the evening, the queues were minimal, & the time capsule before entering is fun and interactive for kids and adults alike. I would have loved the photo taken by the attraction but S$75 or $85AUD was extremely overpriced compared to many other attractions in the area. No worry though fellow tourists are always around to help out with photos. Don't visit Singapore without doing the flyer.

Booking through Headout made my Singapore experience super smooth. The confirmation was instant, the mobile voucher scanned easily at entry, and the instructions (timings/where to go) were clear. I saved time by skipping ticket counters and could just enjoy the attraction without worrying about logistics. Would book again. The wonder, awe, and sheer beauty of Gardens by the Bay which includee: Cloud Forest (Jurassic World Experience) + Flower Dome + Supertree Observatory, were the real standouts. We loved every minute of it, and I’d absolutely say it’s a must‑visit in Singapore.

Standing above Singapore and seeing the Marina, Gardens by the Bay, and the incredible skyline was truly unforgettable. The views during sunset were magical and perfect for photos. What a great multi-feature visit we had! The Supertree Observatory was a standout as it finally gave us the bird's eye view of the central Singapore area we were looking for. The Cloud Forest was thoughtfully curated with the Jurassic Park theme offering options to keep all ages happy! I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.

What we were able to see at the Gardens by the Bay were beautiful. However, when I purchased the tickets for the Cloud dome, the Flower dome and the observation deck, times were not very clear. The ticket stated the ticket was available until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:30 visited the cloud dome and tried to visit the observatory deck to see the light show, only to be informed that it closed at 4:00. So I asked to go to the bridge instead and was denied. 😡 We then tried to go to the Flower Dome only to be informed that it was also closed. So even though we bought tickets for 3 attractions, we only saw 1. Very very disappointing!!! Read ALL small print before buying!!!

Le site est exceptionnel, malgré tout le fait de rester debout et de ne pas pouvoir s'asseoir et plutôt dommage. On a souhaité boire un verre dans un bar il fallait redescendre et repayer pour pouvoir y accéder. Ce point de vue est magnifique néanmoins je trouve excessif le rapport prix/prestation

No standing in a que for a ticket. The process of buying a ticket is very easy to do. Pretty good views of the city and the gardens by the bay especially if you go for the post 5pm ticket as you see the city light up and the night display at the gardens. There can be large crowds here.

Visited on a hot Sunday in March but not very crowded, easy to walk around, plenty of maps posted around the park. Hardly any queues for any of the main attractions. Loads of restrooms around the site, a good Starbucks and even a Macdonalds! The domes were beautiful to see

Keep in mind drones, remote-controlled kites, professional photography, video-recording equipment, luggage, food and beverages, glass bottles, aluminum cans, aerosol cans, firearms, pocket knives, chairs, picnic blankets, fireworks, illegal substances/narcotics, pepper spray, and mace are not allowed on this experience. This experience is accessible by wheelchairs.

Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, and handicapped toilets, making it easy for wheelchair-bound guests to get in, out, and around the Flyer.

Accessible parking spaces are conveniently located right next to the lift.

Pregnant women are allowed to experience the Singapore Flyer. However, expecting mothers in the advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them when boarding the Singapore Flyer.

Singapore Flyer with Time Capsule

Each rotation on the Singapore Flyer takes approximately 30 mins.

All passengers and their hand baggage will be scanned before boarding on Level 2, which is the passengers-only level.

Sands SkyPark is an unsheltered area and subject to inclement weather. Should extreme rain or lightning occur, it may be closed temporarily for the safety of the guests.

Guests must be 1.20m or taller to enjoy the artwork, Aerial Climbing Through A Flock of Colored Birds at the teamLab Future World Exhibition.
