Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned. Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!

Loved using the service at Headout. I was able to take my son for his first birthday and we really had a blast. I was fortunate to get the skip the line feature due to when we arrived, there were 4 school buses with many children for a field trip getting tickets and the line was long, luckily I didn't have to do that and just went straight to the entrance and got in. Will use this service again!

It was the most special day witnessing the wonder of ocean life through my kids eyes! We loved the rainbow lorikeet forest and getting to feed them nectar, the otters, seal show, frog room, and the giant pacific octopus! I love how Headout made it all so streamlined and easy for us to book!

The AOTP was on my bucket list and it was worth every penny. We were most amazed by the different kinds of jellyfish, some no bigger than a thumb nail. My wife particularly loved seeing the sea horses alive and moving and the parrot cage. What colorful birds. Don't skip this attraction. Just do it!
