Es war wunderschön. Da es ein bisschen geregnet hat war es schön, dass das Boot überdacht und warm war. Es war kein Problem, für Fotos ein Fenster zu öffnen. Das Personal an Board war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Der junge Mann im Service sprach perfekt deutsch. Der Kapitän war sehr symphatisch. Durch seine kleinen Erzählungen (englisch) lockerte er die Fahrt angenehm und unterhaltsam auf. Der Audioguide , welcher über das Smartphone geladen werden konnte, begleitete uns auf deutsch. Sehr angegnehm. Wir haben diesen Ausflug trotz mega-schlechter Witterung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank !

Gita stupenda, nonostante la pioggia la barca era confortevole Ottima la bottiglia di vino e il formaggio. Ottima l'audioguida Sicuramente consiglio l'utilizzo di questa barca la differenza con le altre è notevole

The cruise was very thorough and covered many intersting sights in Amsterdam on top of the lights festival exhibits. The staff was very kind and even humoristic from time to time and the overall experolence was great

Een puike ervaring. Even rondgekeken maar prijstechnisch en qua opstap mogelijkheid was dit de beste optie, Ik kon niet direct mijn ticket online vinden maar mijn naam noemen een aantal personen was al genoeg. Verder moest ik nog op 2 logés wachten maar dat was geen enkel probleem. Mijn vrouw die met een rollator loopt werd zeer voorkomend geholpen en er waren ook nog 2 andere minder valide mensen aan boord. Met een liftje was dat zo gepiept. We konden ruim zitten en ook nog op de achtersteven foto's maken , was wel koud maar de moeite waard. Tenslotte was het een speviale tocht door een sfeervol Amsterdam met als extra natuurlijk het light festival. Als kers op de taart hebben we onderweg op 5 december ook nog de 'echte Sinterklaas door de stad zien lopen ' :-) De stewards waren allemaal zeer voorkomend

I asked to be seated at the windows but wasen't allowed because the tables was ment for wheelchair users only. Less than two minutes after anoter couple not using wheelchairs was placed at the same chairs. The chairs was to small and there should not be more than four persons at each table. The driver of the boat was a terrible sailor and even hit a huge wooden threepole during the sail. The boats engine sounde as if it wanted to explode during the sail and the drivers use of rewards and forwards was impossible to understand and often came out of the blue.

Es war eine sehr eindrucksvolle Lichtergrachten Fahrt. Die Lichterkunstwerke wurden gut erklärt.
