The Alhambra and Nasrid palaces are absolutely magnificent. We really enjoyed our visit, both from the point of view of the gardens and the buildings, which are absolutely splendid. It's grandiose, breathtaking! The tour was very well organized. Our guide was very friendly and professional, and spoke perfect French. She showed us so much, you could tell she was passionate about what she was doing and knew the place inside out. This visit was the highlight of our trip to Andalusia. It had been a dream for a long time. We were not disappointed.

The Alhambra is beautiful, I particularly liked the Nasrid palaces and the views from the window openings. The guide was very pleasant, friendly, thoughtful and explained things very clearly. I had to get used to the fact that I didn't have a proper admission ticket from the start, but only the reservation and that no official address (street, number) was given, because in Granada there are various meeting points for buying e-tickets and guided tours in the city itself. In the end, everything worked out fine

Our guide Jose had a fantastic turn of phrase to explain not just the history and story of the Alhambra, gardens and Palaces; but also the wider cultural, religious and historic factors that are connected to and influenced the key figures and evolution of this amazing place. The tour was well paced with plenty of time for photos and well ordered, starting with the spectacular gardens and views to the Alhambra and finishing with the palace interiors and amazing courtyards. 10am cool start finishing in warm sun and shadow showed off the Alhambra extremely well.

Information and Instructions for our visit came a week in advance and where easy to understand. The Alhambra is lovely and espacially the Nasrid Palace is worth the extra price. Our Tour Guide Maria gave us an informative and time wise interactive tour where we learned a lot about the history of the Alhambra but also about the region and the Muslim heritage in Andalusia.

The palace and gardens are very impressive. The guided tour is a must, otherwise too many important details go unnoticed. The guide was outstanding. The tour provides information on the marriage of Arab and Christian cultures. I recommend without reservation.

I had some trouble finding the guide since they were not holding up any Headout flag or sign (I had to walk up to many tour groups and ask if they were from Headout). The 2.5 hour tour ended up being 3.5 hours. But overall good tour of Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces.
