Die Führung mit Veronika war ein Genuss: Gutes und verständliches Englisch, die Vermittlung der wesentlichen Inhalte war bestens von ihr strukturiert und vorgetragen, sie machte uns auf Details aufmerksam, die uns sonst sicher entgangen wären, jede Einzel- /Detailfrage wurde von ihr beantwortet. Ihre Freundlichkeit und eigene Begeisterung machte nicht nur die Alhambra, sondern auch die Führung zu einem sehr besonderen Erlebnis für mich und meine Freundin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder eine Führung mit Veronika buchen. Schwierigkeiten machte uns der erste Hinweis zur Abholung der Karten. Für uns entstand der Eindruck, dass dieser Treffpunkt rund 33 Minuten Autofahrt vom Eingang der Alhambra entfernt liegt. Das konnte aber durch ein Telefonat mit Headout und eine weitere Mail der örtlichen Ansprechpartner geklärt werden. Da wir ausschließlich für diese Führung nach Granada gereist sind, war dies ein persönlicher Stress- und Schreckmoment, auf den wir gern verzichtet hätten. Wir konnten uns erst entspannen, als wir am richtigen Treffpunkt auf Veronika trafen.

Der Guide hat die geführte Tour sehr, sehr interessant aufgebaut und gestaltet. Er scheint ein ausgezeichnetes geschichtliches Wissen zu haben, ist auf Fragen eingegangen und hat laut und verständlich gesprochen. Julian, der Guide hatte die Gruppe immer im Blick und aufgrund der Hitze Schattenplätze gesucht, wenn er mehr erklärte und auch sehr gut Pausen zum Wassertrinken bzw. Toilettenbesuche ausgewählt. Er war wirklich sehr umsichtig, da auch bei der Gruppe 2 kleine Kinder mit ihren Eltern teilnahmen. Ich kann diesen Guide wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Verkauft wurde eine Individualtour für uns. In der Buchungsbestätigung wurde angegeben, dass die Gruppengröße max. 10 Personen umfasst. Vor Ort waren es dann 20!!! Der Führer hat die Gruppenmitglieder teilweise verloren bzw. ist so schnell weitergegangen, dass man manchmal schwer hinterherkam, wenn man sich für ein Foto etwas mehr (= ausreichend) Zeit ließ.
