Our Alhambra tour guide, Aitana, was wonderful! For someone who gives the tour twice per day every day, she seemed like she still enjoys her job. Her English was excellent and it was clear from her answers to questions that she has studied history. There were 10 in our group and that seemed like a small enough size that we felt comfortable engaging and talking to her about various points. I had a couple questions before the tour date and Headout was thorough in answering them. We received clear instructions on when and where to meet the guide the day of, although at first it was a little hard to spot the white umbrella on the ground amidst all the people; I would suggest they put the umbrella somewhere more visible from the entrance. The Alhambra itself did not disappoint, it is a true gem of the medieval world. And when they say to bring your passport, they mean it! Security is tighter than the airport! Small backpacks are allowed but you will have to wear it on your front inside the palaces so you don't accidentally touch the walls. And you can bring water but are only allowed to drink it in certain areas. There are also water fountains throughout and drinks available for purchase. Overall, I'm glad we did this tour rather than explore the Alhambra ourselves as we got so much more out of the experience.

Wie von Headout inzwischen gewohnt, haben die Tickets für die Alhambra reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Keine Warteschlangen, keine Großgruppen mit stundenlanger Führung, keine Ablenkung von den wunderschönen Bauten und vor allem Gärten durch einen Audioguide, einfach purer Genuß, noch dazu zu einem tollen Preis.

De communicatie vooraf ons bezoek via Headout verliep soepel, de tickets via de mail was heel handig. Het Alhambra is as geweldig! Moet je gezien hebben als Je naar Granada gaat. Het is zo mooi en goed onderhouden. Heel indrukwekkend en blij dat we het hebben bezocht.

Fantastico prenotato alle ore 01.00 di notte, per lo stesso giorno, ricevuti i biglietti per la mattina alle 7.00. il salta fila è riferito al fatto che non devi fare fila per acquistare i biglietti, ti arrivano direttamente sul telefono.

J'ai acheté trois billets sur le site headout pour visiter L'Alhambra. Nous avions rendez-vous à 13h00 mais nous sommes arrivées en retard. 40 minutes de retard. L'hôtesse nous a accéléré notre accès avant l'expiration du billet. Nous étions très bien accueillies. L'application headout est très intuitive. Les billets sont dematerialisés et faciles d'accès. Les prix sont très correctes. Je recommande.

Es una excelente forma de recorrer la ciudad en verano, la ciudad no es pequeña, y al menos el casco histórico se puede visualizar y luego ir los lugares que más te gustaron, eso fue lo que hice y quedé encantada con la ciudad.

What to bring

Bring a valid passport or ID card for all participants; names, surnames, date of birth, and ID details must be provided during booking.

Present your digital ticket or voucher at the entrance or ticket office as required.

Sunscreen is recommended, especially during warmer months.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the Alhambra or associated monuments.

Shorts are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance dogs.

Flash photography and tripods are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Baby strollers are not allowed in the Nasrid Palaces, Generalife Palace, Alcazaba, and Partal.

Accessibility

This experience is not fully wheelchair accessible; some areas may have limited access for visitors with reduced mobility.

Baby carriers are available for borrowing at the cloakroom next to the Puerta del Vino.

Cloakroom services are available onsite.

Additional information

Tickets for children aged 3 to 11 must be booked at the time of purchase; tickets for children under 3 years old are provided at the monument ticket offices or entrances without prior reservation.

The time slot selected during booking is your entry time for the Nasrid Palaces and cannot be changed.

Only bus tickets included with the Granada Card require physical collection from a ticket machine; all other entries are digital.

The Granada Card is valid for 48 or 72 hours from activation and can be used on your mobile phone.

Availability may be limited during peak holiday seasons; early booking is recommended.

The experience does not include a guide or audio guide.

For a smoother visit, allow at least 10–15 minutes to walk from the Access Pavilion to the Nasrid Palaces.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

Kindly ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.
