Non c'era coda quindi non abbiamo avuto bisogno del salta fila, ma il prezzo era più conveniente che comprarlo sul sito ufficiale, anche se non avevamo la guida ma abbiamo girato in autonomia.

The audio guide is a self-guided tour that can be downloaded and enjoyed on a smartphone via an app. It does not include a live guide or VR/AR features.

The audio guide can be accessed and downloaded after booking per device and following the instructions sent by email. The email may be in the spam folder, so it is advised to check it as well.

The audio guide requires an Android (version 5.0 or later) or iOS (version 15.0 or later) smartphone and some storage space (100-150 MB).

The audio guide is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 6/6 Plus or older, iPod Touch 6th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Air 1st generation, iPad Mini 3rd generation or older.

The selected timings are specific to the Nasrid Palace. However, you are free to explore the rest of the Alhambra for as long as you want during operating hours.

The experience is not accessible for wheelchair users, or pram/stroller users.

The closest bus stop is Puerta de la Justicia. It is a quick 1-minute walk to the redemption point.
