Easy to use but if you don't have WiFi, which I did not, I could not access the QR code. I had to take a photo of the QR and also sent it when I had hotel WiFi to my husband who did have WIFI

Я бронировала поездку в аэропорт Фьюмичино с вокзала Термини, все прошло отлично! Отправление и прибытие было четко в указанное время, поезд новый, кресла удобные, с рабочими разетками, с местами для багажа. Поездка прошла очень быстро, на вокзале тоже было легко найти и платформа была указана в билете. Бронирование через сайт было великолепным, билет мне пришел сразу на почту, расписание указано актуальное, это значит что мне не нужно заранее ехать на вокзал, тратить дополнительные время и деньги что бы найти расписание и купить билет. Сервис Headout убрал половину организационных моментов! Мне это понравилось! Рекомендую

The ride itself went very well. We were there a bit early so I changed, online, to an earlier train. I clicked on confirm not realising there was another window, with Tren Italia to also confirm, again. As the train departure platform was changed at the last minute and we all had to run, I did not realise the change was not completed. I found out when the ticket inspector pointed it out to me. It was stressful. He was busy and said he would come back, so was anxious the rest of the ride.

Die eigentliche Fahrt war super. Einzig das einchecken mit 7 Fahrkarten auf den Handy ( Headout App ) war etwas Schwieriger. Die Züge fuhren immer pünktlich ab und waren auch pünktlich am Ziel.
