We loved the provided service, the staff attention was really kind and we felt welcomed. Our biggest win was that we missed our departure train but since the Leonardo Express departs every 15 minutes, we were able to hop onto the next one and arrive on time! The train was clean and had enough leg space

All'andata pessima impressione: ferma per 6 ore per un guasto, terza volta in una settimana, non sono stati presi pullman sostitutivi e taxi e le navette avevano circa un'oretta e mezza di attesa. Fiumicino era nel caos! Comunque un fatto raro...dicono.....meno male che non avevo ancora fatto biglietto del treno! Al ritorno avevo fatto il biglietto online e ho dovuto aspettare 15 min il successivo perche' se prendevo quello prima dovevo pagare 5 euro... almeno c'era abbastanza fresco!
