We really enjoyed the Heathrow Express service. We opted for the Express + service and had the whole end of the coach to ourselves. We liked that there was substanital room for our luggage. Using the on-line app to display our tickets after purchasing them online was a snap. The ride was comfortable, quiet, clean, and fast - everything one would want to get back to the airport.

Very convenient and reliable service! Buying the tickets online in advance was definitely a smart choice and made everything quick and easy. There were helpful staff members at the gates in case anyone needed assistance. The journey was smooth and stress-free. Slightly handicapped, but was offered help with luggage and guidance where to find the track for my connection. Service to find gates and facilitated entry, since my first experience from using railway in UK. Aircondition and very fast transport to LHR. Lars
