Very quick and effective way to get to Paddington Station from London Heathrow. I love that it was direct and we didn't have to wait for multiple stops after an eight hour flight. It is a little tricky to figure out how to get to the train but the Heathrow express people were very nice and accommodating on giving us directions at the airport.

I always book Heathrow Express at the same time I book my flights from Boston to London. The discount from booking in advance is terrific. Yes great experience, the only thing that would make the process easier is being able to add your pass to your Apple wallet. Too difficult to navigate when rushing to the train.

It was Easy with good seats and wifi to assist with my arrival. Train ride was smooth and fast with compatible seats along with air conditioning.
