Dangerous items such as sharp objects, flammable materials, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

Intoxicated guests or those under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.

Accessibility

Ain Dubai is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access to the cabins and accessible restrooms available on site.

Staff are available to assist guests with mobility needs.

Additional information

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Infants aged 0–2 years can enter free of charge but must be included in the booking.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow for security checks and boarding.

The experience operates in all weather conditions, but operations may be suspended in case of severe weather for safety reasons.
