I purchased a timed ticket from my concierge at the hotel Unfortunately the QR code did not work The manager was called over and led me back to the box office . He had to verify my purchase Eventually I was issued a paper ticket which I wanted in the first place as I am a senior and not used to codes computers iPhones etc. I then paid an additional fee for the 3:00 pm tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable but hard to hear as he was soft spoken and the earphones etc not a good quality. The museum was set up n a excellent manner and everything was well displayed an honor to those that loss their lives. Having lived in Far Rockaway knew families of police and firemen who lost their lives. Also knew one young man working in the corporate field and his wife and 3 beautiful children . The dad lost his life that day and this was a very excellent memorial to his him.

Der Besuch der Freiheitsstatue in New York war ein wunderschönes und unvergessliches Erlebnis! 🇺🇸 Die beeindruckende Statue ist ein echtes Wahrzeichen Amerikas und persönlich noch viel faszinierender, als man es sich vorher vorstellen kann. Besonders begeistert haben mich die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Skyline von Manhattan, die entspannte Bootsfahrt und die einzigartige Atmosphäre vor Ort. Die gesamte Besichtigung war hervorragend und definitiv ein Höhepunkt meiner New-York-Reise. Wer New York besucht, sollte sich diese historische Sehenswürdigkeit auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Erlebnis, das noch lange in Erinnerung bleibt!

Una visita alla Statua della Libertà è un'esperienza imperdibile durante un soggiorno a New York. Il traghetto da Battery Park regala uno sguardo spettacolare sullo skyline di Manhattan, mentre vedere da vicino questo simbolo universale di speranza e libertà trasmette un'emozione unica. The ferry ride was great to take pictures of The Statue of Liberty. I enjoyed the time at Ellis Island. I got to walk where my Grandpa walked when he came over from Italy. I felt so sentimental. I wanted to cry! I got to see my grandparents & other relatives names on The American Immigrant Wall of Honor. It was very moving.

The museum was amazing! The story of 9/11 was presented in an emotionally provoking and well executed timeline. The account of the day in history was incredibly well communicated and illustrated. We stayed for four hours and appreciated the time and care that went into every exhibit.

Very well organized and interesting.. Never found the audio tour. The boat ride was great. Had not been there since my kids were little. I had a visitor from Ecuador and this was his 1st trip to the to the USA and the Statue of Liberty Tour was freat.

    No tuve ningún contratiempo con los boletos, solo consideren que el Battery Park tiene algunas remodelaciones que hacen difícil entender bien las instrucciones.
